You can easily update an employee’s information at any time in BEN360. Whether you need to correct a personal email, fix a social security number mistake, or just update contact info, here’s how to make the adjustment.
Click the “View All Employees” tab in the left menu.
Locate or search for the employee whose information you need to update. Click the pencil icon next to their name:

This allows you to drill down into individual employee info.

To edit the employee’s contact information, click the pencil icon next to “Employee Details.” This will allow you to adjust or update any information that is not correct, such as an email or social security number.

Click “Save Changes.”
