When your organization is set up in BEN360, you’ll receive a welcome email inviting you to create your account. Follow these steps to get started:
- Open your BEN360 welcome email and click the link to sign up.
- Create your username and password.
- Verify your email address by entering the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox.
- Once verified, you’ll be automatically logged in and taken to your Employer Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you’ll have full access to your plan summary, employee enrollment activity, and any tasks and tickets Benafica is working on in the back-end.
