Where to Find the Scheduling Option
When you’re logged into BEN360, look for the prompt in the top left corner of your dashboard that says:
“Schedule some time now”
This button is available throughout your enrollment flow, so you can access it whenever you need assistance.
Once you click on that, a calendar pop-up will allow you to choose a date and time for your meeting.
