BEN360 gives you a real-time view of where every employee is in the enrollment process. Under the “View All Employees” tab, you can quickly see which employees have activated their accounts, who has started enrolling, and who has completed plan selection.
Where to Find Enrollment Status
Navigate to Employees → View All Employees.
Here you’ll see a table with important information for each employee, including:
- Hire Date
- Invitation status
- Enrollment progress
- Selected plan details
Two columns in particular tell you everything you need to know: Status and Participation.
Understanding the “Status” Column
The Status column reflects whether an employee has accepted their invitation and created their BEN360 account:
- Active — The employee has accepted the invitation and activated their account
- Inactive — The employee has not yet accepted the invitation
If an employee is marked Inactive, they cannot begin enrolling until they activate their account. You can resend an invitation anytime from the employee’s profile.
Understanding the “Participation” Column
The Participation column shows where an employee is in their actual ICHRA enrollment workflow:
- Not Started — The employee has not begun the enrollment process
- Pending Enrollment — The employee has logged in and is working through plan selection but has not yet chosen a final plan
- Enrolled — The employee has fully completed enrollment and selected a plan
This column updates automatically as employees progress through each step.
Viewing Selected Plan Details
Once an employee completes their enrollment and chooses a plan, additional fields will automatically populate in the table, including:
- Carrier Name (e.g., Medica, Blue Cross, HealthPartners)
- Plan Name
- Monthly Premium Amount
This gives you a clear snapshot of who is enrolled in what plans. Clicking the pencil icon next to an employee’s name allows you to drill down further and see employee details, recent payments, and dependents (if applicable). See How to Edit Employee Information.
Download Reports
Use the filters at the top to sort by the criteria you need (for example, select the filter underneath “Status” and select equal to “Inactive” to give you a list of inactive employees to email and remind about enrollment) and click the “Export Results” button in the lower right hand corner of the table.
