Once your participation and plan documents are finalized, Benafica will create your employer profile in the BEN360 system. This profile stores your organization’s key information and serves as the central hub for managing your account.
From the View Employer Details tab, you can:
- View your company information such as name, address, tax ID, email, phone, and business type
- Edit and add Key Contacts
- Manage your Locations
- View your Plan Summary
- Manage Admins and user permissions
